Ingredients
2 ripe Packham pears
200g tub low- fat berry yoghurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
8 ice cubes
150g raspberries or strawberries
Method
Before peeling the pears, cut 4 thin unpeeled slices for garnishing (optional). Peel, core and roughly chop the pears. Place in a blender along with the yoghurt, lemon juice and ice.
Blend until smooth. Add the raspberries and blend again. Pour into 2 chilled glasses and serve garnished with the pear slices.
